Order status
You are contacted via e-mail when your order is dispatched.
If the total amount of your order is above 80 Euros the freight of your order will be for
free (regardless from which country you are ordering from).
If your order is under 80 Euros you will pay according to the country you are ordering
from.
The delivery time takes approximately 3 days within Sweden and 7 days to the rest of the world.
Prices:
All our prices are designated in Euros and with VAT included (25%). The price that is
valid is the one that is on the pricelist the day your order is made.
Purchase on approval or right to change goods if not satisfied
You have the full right to change your product for another one or regret your buy within
14 days. If that is the case you will have to contact us at info@koolabah.com before
you return your package. Observe, articles in promotion can not be changed! In case
you would like to change your article we require that the product never has been used
and that it is returned in the original package with all its original documents. When we
receive the article we will either put the money back to your account or you will have
the right to choose a new article. Observe, in the later case you will have to pay a new
postage for the article.
Complaints
If the article should be damaged, or if you have received the wrong one, please contact
us at info@koolabah.com for us to correct the problem. Please notice that the colours
of the garments may change due to the different computer screens and that this is not a
reason for complaints. Please contact us if you have any doubts.
